PV Ribbon for Solar Module

Matoria supplies solar ribbon manufactured through precision rolling, slitting, dimensional control, coating, and quality-control processes for photovoltaic-module manufacturers.

  • Interconnect ribbon / tabbing wire — Used for solar-cell stringing and electrical interconnection between cells.
  • Busbar ribbon — Used for module current collection, junction-box connection, and other high-current paths.
  • BC ribbon — Custom ribbon for back-contact and high-efficiency solar-cell layouts.
  • SMBB and 0BB ribbon — Thin, low-stress solar ribbon for multi-busbar, super-multi-busbar, and zero-busbar module designs.
  • Low-temperature ribbon — Designed for HJT and other heat-sensitive cell technologies where the soldering-temperature window and thermal stress must be carefully controlled.

Glass Wool Insulation

Matoria supplies glass-wool thermal and acoustic insulation suitable for steel structures, industrial high-temperature environments, curtain walls, heating networks, building insulation, and acoustic-control applications.

  • Standard glass-wool insulation — Available as blankets, batts, and rigid boards for walls, ceilings, roofs, and floors.
  • Foil-clad glass wool — Faced with a reflective foil layer to reflect heat and provide a durable, sealable surface for ductwork and pipe insulation.
  • Formaldehyde-free glass wool — For projects requiring low-VOC or formaldehyde-free insulation solutions.
  • Fire-resistant glass wool — Hydrophobic insulation rolls and boards designed for thermal insulation, fire performance, and sound absorption.
  • High-temperature glass wool — Designed for industrial and processing environments with elevated service temperatures.
