Our product range includes:

Silicon wafers from 50.8 mm (2") to 300 mm (12"), produced using Czochralski (CZ) or Float Zone (FZ) methods
SOI wafers, including solutions from SIEGERT WAFER’s in-house production facility
Sapphire wafers in a range of diameters and specifications
Compound semiconductor substrates, including gallium arsenide (GaAs) and indium phosphide (InP)
Glass substrates, including fused silica, Borofloat, and other specialty glass materials
Custom wafers and substrates manufactured or processed to meet specific material, dimensional, surface, and application requirements

Processing Services

We also offer a full range of wafer-processing services, including grinding and polishing, dicing, coating, laser processing, and wafer separation. From raw substrates to finished, ready-to-use wafers, Matoria can support both standard requirements and specialized projects.
